Working with a young swiss startup named Hop Services based in Geneva, Switzerland as a Product Manager.

◤ Goal

Launch a delivery service supported by 3 mobiles apps (Android/iOS), 2 web backends and 1 consumer website in Geneva, Switzerland

RESPONSIBILITIES

Roles: Product Manager, Product Thinker, CTO, Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Team Leader

1. Drive the ideation, lead the UX and development teams, roadmap the product
2. Coordinate marketing, tools deployment and tools monitoring to launch an MVP and iterate quickly
3. Hire people, breakdown the works and strategize priorities
